In this session James Pickering from the University Leeds (UK), will lead a discussion around the importance of communities of practice in sharing innovative practice, learning from colleagues, and developing your own scholarly practice. Drawing on his experience of developing a community-based podcast and other social media opportunities, colleagues will be able to discuss the benefits and logistics behind such innovations.
