Carlos A
C Baptista MD PhD earned a degree in
medicine, then completed a master’s and
doctorate in anatomy; his postdoctoral
training was in molecular and
developmental biology. Carlos teaches
human gross anatomy and pathophysiolgy
at the Medical University of Ohio, where
he is Assistant Professor. Research
interest focuses on cardiac
development. Dr. Baptista creates
interactive healthcare animations for
intranet and internet use; he is a
Fellow of the Research Center for
Educational Technology and was a
Teaching Scholar at MUO.
