Kyle E. Rarey, Ph.D. is the Assistant Dean for Program Evaluation
and Development, and Professor in the Departments of Anatomy and
Cell Biology, and Otolaryngology at the University of Florida
College of Medicine. As Assistant Dean for Program Evaluation
and Development, he oversees the evaluation of courses and
clerkships, assists with faculty development, monitors equivalency
of geographically separated programs, and provides needs assessment
to the College of Medicine’s Education Center. He has been
recognized as the Teacher of the Year by the student body and by
graduating classes numerous times, and is a charter member of the
Society for Teaching Scholars. He serves as a Course Director
of clinical human anatomy and Program Director in the first-year
medical curriculum. Dr. Rarey has authored more than a hundred
peer-reviewed articles and is co-author of two nationally
recognized, computer-assisted programs of human anatomy and clinical
human embryology.
