C5 - Intermediate and Advanced PowerPoint Presentations

Description:

The purpose of this course is to provide the beginning and intermediate PowerPoint user with a set of simple skills that can be immediately applied to improve and sharpen the participant’s PowerPoint presentations.  Utilizing personal computer stations provided for this course, the participant will enjoy an active, hands-on experience.

Participants will learn how to:

Customize the active work space

Customize slide background graphics using Color Schemes, Slide Layout, and the Slide Master controls

Insert text, objects, pictures, sounds, and movies into individual slides

Use simple animations to generate moving text, objects, and pictures

Make simple drawings

To draw on individual slides during the actual PowerPoint presentation

Print various forms of the presentation

Utilize Slide Transitions and how to run the PowerPoint presentation
