MULTIPROFFESIONAL EDUCATION IN HEALTH SCIENCES THEORY AND PRACTICE

It has Medical Dental and Nursing Programmes. In order to follow more closely the concepts of Integration certain courses are conducted in a modular way combining Medical Dental and Nursing Undergraduates both in Classroom setting and also in Community as a Field Project. In the Field Project several teams are made, each team having students representing all three programmes as listed .Household surveys are carried out; students live in the community, work,learn to interact with them , learn about actual living conditions there and develop team work concept apart from completing the project in the given time. Presentations and comments are exhaustively carried out back at campus. A detail survey is provided on yhis article of last three years experience
