Meeting registrants are invited
to submit abstracts of their projects in medical science
education for Poster Presentation or Electronic demo during the
designated times listed in the
program. Unless indicated
below, all abstracts will be considered for the Outstanding
Presentation Award or Best Electronic Demo (as appropriate) that
will be conferred at the end of the annual Meeting. Please make special
note of the following:
To have your abstract
considered for the outstanding poster award, we must receive a
completed and paid registration by ** April 15th ** from the presenting author.

Early Bird Registration Deadline

deadline - one author must be registered for abstract to
be considered for the Outstanding Presentation Award or

be published
Late Abstracts Accepted until March 30th!

Step 1. Enter Presenting
Author Information
Step 2. Enter the Title
of
the Abstract (100 Character Maximum).
Step 3. Enter the
Abstract (1,800 Character Maximum).
Abstract Structure:
All
abstracts must be structured with the following
headings in all CAPS: PURPOSE, METHODS, RESULTS,
CONCLUSIONS.
Abstracts will be returned to authors if not in this
format. Abstracts that describe innovations or new
approaches (including electronic demonstrations) should
still be structured as above, with "METHODS" describing
the innovation and "RESULTS" commenting on observed
outcomes or benefits/challenges. Works in progress
are welcome and my include "lessons learned"
within the "CONCLUSIONS" section.
Step 4. Enter the Purpose -
Either Paper Poster or Poster and Electronic Demo (eDemo)
Step 5. Select
the category that best fits your abstract.
NOTE: The Review Committee reserves the
opportunity to re-assign if appropriate.
