In this lunchtime dialogue led by Dr. Sweet, participants will exchange the practical steps that have led them to successful experiences in implementing TBL. Designing and delivering TBL modules requires both time and an enormous amount creative thinking for an instructor. It isn’t enough to have students say they have learned a lot. After we have had a ‘success,’ we need to take the next step and reflect on what happened within and between teams, and what we, and others, can do to achieve that same success again.
