LOCAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

The Trax Light Rail has two main lines. One, the north south serves downtown parallel to the Insterstate 15. The East Line goes to the University. Trax runs approximately every 15 minutes. There is a free zone downtown which will be very convenient for people.

At this same site you can find the #550 bus from the airport to downtown.  At certain times of day it is every 20 mins and other times, every hour.  Saturday and Sunday it is every hour until from about 10:00 a.m. Until 6:30 p.m. Other options are taxi or the shared Supershuttle at the airport. The bus leaves you at the Intermodal Hub which hosts Amtrak passenger rail, Greyhound bus, and Utah Transit Authority's FrontRunner commuter rail, TRAX light rail and city bus service, located at the intersection of 600 West and 300 South.
