IAMSE is pleased to announce the initiation of the “IAMSE Conference Scholarship”. This scholarship is to be awarded to two (2) students and consists of payment of registration for the annual meeting as well as two nights stay at a hotel selected by IAMSE. Please recall that registration for our annual meeting also includes most of the meals. Applications from multinational students are encouraged. In order to qualify for the scholarship these requirements must be met: 1. The student must be a current member of IAMSE or apply for student membership with the scholarship application packet. 2. Present an abstract at the meeting. (Be sure to check the box on the abstract form that you wish to be considered for the IAMSE Conference Scholarship.) 3. Have a letter from your Chair or Dean verifying your student status and your need for financial assistance to attend the meeting. (Post-doctoral fellows do not qualify for student status.) 4. You can only be awarded the IAMSE Conference Scholarship once. In the future, IAMSE plans on expanding this program so that more than two students are recipients. |
