Dr. Satava, University of Washington

Virtual reality and simulation are completely changing medical education. In this session we will review some of these technologies and examine the changes in medical education that need to occur in order to prepare our students for the technology-enabled healthcare system of the future. By the end of this session, participants will develop a list of specific examples of changes in medical education that need to occur and will rank them based on perceived priority.
