Increasingly, healthcare educators are focusing on students' achievement of competency-based learning objectives as a means demonstrating educational outcomes. Moreover, educators need to ensure the continuous improvement of the education process, and students' and curricular performance. This session will examine how today's technologies, and those that will be available in the future, can be used to assess competency and facilitate continuous improvement.
