C2 - Professionalism - Curriculum Design, Implementation, Assessment and Evaluation
Learning about professionalism is increasingly relevant to medical, veterinary and other professionals because of pressures from within and outside of these groups. A major driver is the growth in expectations from patients, families/carers and employers. The facilitators have been involved in the curriculum design, implementation, assessment and evaluation of professionalism at under- and post-graduate levels in medical education. This course will draw on their experiences and on those of the participants in order to achieve the desired outcomes of (1) identifying how the professionalism curricula can be designed, implemented, assessed and evaluated (2) exploring innovations, successes and difficulties. |
